1)Why is AltanTicket's price different from the nominal price of the ticket? AltanTicket provides its customers with tickets for events that may be sold-out or not, and the price offered by us includes the face value of the ticket, incurred cost in the finding of the same, plus fees and VAT. The final price varies depending on the market value.

2) The prices you see on the site are final or there are additional agency fees? The prices on this web site are all inclusive, there is NO additional fee. We differ from other sites because of this .... we prefer absolute transparency.

3) The tickets on sale are always available immediately? The vast majority of Tickets sold by AltanTicket are available straight away, only in some special cases, such as tickets for football games or events that are in particular demand, are the tickets available 7-10 days before the event. However we always guarantee delivery on-time.

4) Can I pick up my tickets in person at Altanticket's office? We always guarantee the delivery of tickets by express courier. If you wish to pick up your tickets at our office, this is possible only with prior notice. For this option please contact us before making your purchase.

5)  Can I purchase any of the tickets shown on the site with cash on delivery? It's possible to make payment on delivery only for concert tickets by contacting us at info@altanticket.com before making your order; for tickets to sporting events and football, payment on delivery is NOT possible.

6)  If I buy numbered tickets, am I guaranteed that the seats will be adjacent or close to each other? AltanTicket ensures pairs of tickets that are close to one another.

7) In the event of purchasing nominated football tickets, am I always guaranteed the ticket in my name? AltanTicket always guarantees the name of the buyer on the ticket or the possibility to change the name on the ticket. In the event that the buyer does not provide the necessary information for the change of name in time, Altanticket will send the tickets along with the instructions to make the change directly online.

8) I can't find the ticket i want at AltanTicket, what can I do? AltanTicket offers a wide range of tickets for music events, sports, and theater.
